Domestic and General Warranty

Got new machine,- after 2 weeks!
Too lapsy daisy and dont take into account sheer inconvenience

2 weeks of sheer trauma once my Hotpoint Washing machine broke down. Took time off to be at home for engineers, 3 visits. sent wrong parts, complete nightmare having to make other arrangements. Eventually got new machine on warrenty, that arrived late! Complained umpteen times and even had the cheek to try and sell me another warranty. Complete bunch of nightmares and a complete bunch of jokers
