I usually don't write a review but I haven't seen in my life such a horrible service and quite abusive T&C conditions. Terrible to deal with.
The worst custom services ever. They never send back a letter or clarify proceeds to get you in a denied claim at the end. Higher excess claim fee for iPhone
Rarely replace a iPhone for new but cash settlement for the lower price of the refurbished Amazon Read carefully T&C's ! A total rip-off get away of Lifestyle Services Group (LSG) phone Insurance. More reviews including mine here
